Since 2004, proCommerce medical has been successfully used as a logistics and merchandise management system in the medical sector. The integrated logistics functions, especially batch management, provide the basic requirements for handling medical devices.
We have expanded the software package to include key processes and customised modules that are specifically designed to meet the needs of the medical sector:

It is also possible to connect to a store system or the fastOrder ordering system for ordering and trading medical products (B2B and B2C).
At goods receipt, the individual batches of the articles are recorded. This capture is a labor-intensive process. To make this process as time-saving as possible for you, extensive functions are available in proCommerce medical.
For the delivery of batch-managed items, proCommerce offers various strategies.
If certain articles are to be subjected to a QM inspection at goods receipt, a QM inspection list can be created for this in the article, which must be processed at goods receipt.
For the Medical Devices Regulation, you can create spot checks for the different medical device classes here.
At random, certain items in the warehouse must then be subjected to a more detailed inspection and the result recorded. The sample inspection selection can be filtered by the different medical device classes.
The connection to ABDA gives you access to the current settlement prices. These are automatically updated twice a month.
The ABDA database can also be used to enrich the article master with other information (e.g. list prices or descriptions).
VPLUS also gives you access to health insurance-specific billing prices.
Thanks to the connection to ABDA and access to the current cash register prices, nothing stands in the way of precise prescription processing via proCommerce.
An optimized workflow is available in proCommerce, from order entry of consultation requirements to prescription printing and prescription billing.
Mixed order entry of merchandise and consultation supplies is also easily possible via proCommerce.
